Occupying the historic New York Life Building on Washington Avenue, this two-story 25,000 square foot gut-renovation project established a new regional headquarters for Walker Partners. This project maximizes the existing character of the building through a minimalist approach, utilizing an open second-story mezzanine, and frameless glass expanses to maintain openness while adding functional square footage.
